Date Formats in the Web Data Manager


If Dates have to be specified in the Web Data Manager, e. g. for the Time Axis or Transformations, they are Subject to a fixed Syntax. This Syntax depends on the set Frequency in which the Time Series are to be displayed.


In the following Table the Frequency is shown in the left Column, on the right Side the corresponding Date Format including an Example.

Annual YYYY
Example: 1970 (corresponds to the Year 1970)
Semi-Annual H"YYYY
Example: 1"2015 (corresponds to the first Half-Year of 2015), with H=1..2
Quarterly Q/YYYY
Example: 1/2015 (corresponds to the first Quarter of 2015), with Q=1..4
Monthly M'YYYY
Example: 1'2015 (corresponds to January 2015), with M=1..12
Weekly W\YYYY
Example: 1\2015 (corresponds to the first Week of 2015), with W=1..52 respectively 53
Business Daily D.M.YYYYB
Example: 2.1.2015B (corresponds to the Second of January, B as Indicator that it is a Working Day Date Format), with D=1..31 (depending on the Month) and M=1..12
Daily D.M.YYYYC
Example: 2.1.2015C (corresponds to the Second of January, C as Indicator that it is a Daily Date Format), with D=1..31 (depending on the Month) and M=1..12
